The Single Diaries Guide to Online Workout Videos

Four free fitness channels to follow on those busy days

If you want something done, give it to a busy person. When I left my full-time job, I thought I would have all the time in the world to do everything I wanted to do: read books, soak up some sun, and work out twice a day. Unfortunately, that didn’t happen. Class times often just didn’t fit into my funemployment schedule. However, I realized that doing 15 minutes of focused activity is enough on days when you just want to move your body. There is a ton out there, so here is your starter kit to free videos that are good enough to add into your weekly routine.

Yoga for Beginners: Tara Stiles

Tara Stiles has a series of videos ranging from true beginner to advanced levels. Most of her videos are between 6 and 15 minutes long, so you can pick and choose videos that have different focuses (i.e. strength, core, flexibility) for a full hour of fitness.

Booty: Tone It Up

If you haven’t been introduced to the girls via Bravo’s Toned Up, check them out now and see why they have a following of millions. These girls are super fit, and their videos are set in the beach. If you aren’t lucky enough to live by the Pacific Ocean, the videos are a great mental escape in addition to a fun workout.

No Crunch Abs: Women’s Health

Crunches are boring, but this routine will help target your abs while giving you more of a total body workout. Just add your favorite and most motivating soundtrack!

Dance Party: Beyoncé

Not in the mood for an instructor calling out directions? Put on the Single Ladies video (or anything else from Queen Bey), and get your cardio in by trying to copy these fierce dancers… or just by moving for three minutes straight.

What are your favorite workout videos?
